Bridal Services

Booking

After your initial enquiry, if I am available you will receive a no obligation quote detailing your bridal party requirements, 20% deposit amount as well as details of your trials & on the day makeups. Once you have paid your deposit, you can officially tick your wedding makeup off the list & I will send you a booking confirmation. Depending how far in advance you have booked we will agree a date for your trial or I will let you know when I will be booking trials for your wedding year!

Please note: I cannot hold dates any longer than 7 days after your no obligation quote is received, without the deposit being paid. I also have a minimum booking number of 4 makeups per wedding on peak dates from April - October.

Trial

When coming for your trial I recommend keeping up to 1.5 hours aside in your diary, which will allow me to get to know you & hear all about your wedding plans, listening to any ideas you may have for your makeup. I will also discuss your dress and shades and textures within this, as well as colour themes/palettes you may wish to incorporate into your makeup! Please bring along any Pinterest Boards/ ideas you may wish to discuss, as well as if possible a blank canvas for me to work on - however this is not a problem if you are out and about beforehand!

We will also discuss your skin type, skincare routine and can incorporate any of your essential makeup products into the application if required.

Once your trial is complete, we will talk through the timings for the day, looking at arrival, touchup and departure times. You will also leave with a complimentary consultation card, listing all the products we used to create your bridal look.

Your Bridal Party

I will discuss with you either beforehand or at your trial any requests for your bridal parties makeup. Some brides like to give their maids free reign with makeup, and others like to keep it uniform with a style to suit them all. Whatever your preference is, I will work with you to establish this.

It is also common for mums and bridesmaids to have trials, particularly if they have any skin concerns or allergies, and this is always recommended but not compulsory. Trials can be added on at any time. In peak summer season I do have a minimum number of 4 makeups on your wedding day, but this does not apply to trials!

Your Wedding day

On the day I will arrive at your agreed location at the time agreed within your trial. I will have a provisional order for Makeup, however this can be worked around to suit other stylists on the morning if necessary. Often brides will be placed somewhere in the middle of this order, and will then return for touch ups prior to my departure. Once set up I will begin working my way through our own 'order of the morning', creating beautiful bespoke makeup as discussed prior to your day. I will then remain in situ, if you wish, until you're ready to leave to ensure your makeup is looking perfect. I also love being on hand to help drain flowers, help with bridesmaids dresses, apply mums corsages and all the small but important duties in-between!
